We accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
• If the item arrives damaged, defective, not as described.
• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
• Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
• Items returned due to a change of mind are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

 

• Non-Returnable Items

  The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items.
  • Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  Refunds

   

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

  Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

  Exchanges

  If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.
